We imagine in YOU!
I like sharing tales like this. And, I like to recommend that leaders share these with their groups.
Why???
As a result of they’re relatable.
There are individuals in your workforce which were struggling, and seeing one other individual of their workforce get an achievable win is motiving.
They’ll see that they will do it too!
Most leaders solely spotlight the teammates who’re bringing within the plenty. And, that may really demotivate the individuals who haven’t recruited anybody.
Good tradition celebrates the wins and nice leaders love on their individuals!
